IMPACT Accreditation Levels
Trainee
Automatically provided through registration of IMPACT Online.
Introductory
Foundational IMPACT competencies. Accreditation through one of two pathways (see below).
Advanced
Advanced IMPACT competencies. Accreditation following completion of 2-Day Advanced IMPACT.
Coach
Coaching competencies. Accreditation to deliver IMPACT coaching modules and resources.
Trainer
Accredited to deliver IMPACT Foundations to local community, program or school.
Introductory Accreditation Level
To be accredited at this level, trainees complete one of the following two pathways.
Introductory Accreditation Pathway 1.
The following two workshops are completed.
Trauma-Responsive Practice: A Way of Thinking and Being
A 3-hour self-paced online workshop to achieve the Introductory accreditation level.
IMPACT Respond Rather Than React (Introduction to Intentional Trauma-Responsive Practice)
A 2-day workshop delivered by LBI Foundation.
Introductory Accreditation Pathway 2
ONE of the following IMPACT Foundations Workshop are completed.
IMPACT Foundations: Introduction to Intentional Trauma-Responsive Practice for Foster Care
A 1-day workshop delivered by LBI Foundation or local IMPACT Trainer.
IMPACT Foundations: Introduction to Intentional Trauma-Responsive Practice for Therapeutic Residential Care
A 1-day workshop delivered by LBI Foundation or local IMPACT Trainer.
IMPACT Foundations: Introduction to Intentional Trauma-Responsive Practice and Differentiated Strategies for Educators
A 1-day workshop delivered by LBI Foundation or local IMPACT Trainer.
IMPACT Foundations: Introduction to IMPACT and Intentional Trauma-Responsive Practice
A 1-day workshop delivered by LBI Foundation or local IMPACT Trainer.

A 60-minute coaching module delivered by your local IMPACT Coach.
Grounded: IMPACT Trauma-Responsive Coaching Module
A 60-minute coaching module delivered by your local IMPACT Coach.
Advanced Accreditation Level
To be accredited at this level, trainees complete the following.
IMPACT Intentional Practitioner/Coaching (Advanced Applications)
A 2-Day workshop delivered by LBI Foundation.
IMPACT Coach Accreditation Level
To be accredited at this level, trainees complete the following.
IMPACT Coach Accreditation
A 4-5 hour self-paced online learning program with practical activities.
IMPACT Trainer Accreditation Level
To be accredited at this level, trainees complete the accreditation tasks mapped to their local community.

These workshops take the foundational IMPACT content to specialist and advanced applications. They are delivered (1) in-house by LBI Foundation and (2) online through the LBI Foundation events calendar (click here).
